Select the option "place" in the app, scan the QR code or enter the device number in which you want to leave the parcel. Enter the recipient's phone number or select it from your contacts list. Choose a locker size appropriate for your parcel. Follow the instructions shown in the app. After opening one of the free lockers, place the parcel in it.

Select the option "collect" in the app and select the parcel you wish to collect. Follow the instructions shown in the app. After opening one of the lockers, collect the parcel. Close the door.

Provide information about Wrzutka if you have the possibility of indicating comments on the delivery when placing the order. You can also inform the delivery agent about it by phone. At the beginning of Wrzutka use, it is worth placing information about the device at the entrance to the building.

Yes. Wrzutka is not associated with any parcel service company. It can be used by any delivery agent.

You will receive an e‑mail with a number to which a parcel should sent as a test. After placing it in Wrzutka you will receive a collection code. You can also test the device with janother user right away.
